Medicine

For Nashville based, Memphis born Drew Holcomb, 'music is medicine' and it seems only fitting that along with his band the Neighbors - wife Ellie (vocals, guitar), Nathan Dugger (guitar, keys) and Rick Brinsfield (bass) - the group celebrates a decade long career with the release of their 2014 full-length studio album MEDICINE via his own imprint Magnolia Music. Recorded over eight days at Joe Pisapia's Middletree Studios in East Nashville, the twelve song album was co-produced by Pisapia (Ben Folds, KD Lang, Guster, Josh Rouse) and the band and tackles issues of everyday life including loyalty, hardship, marriage, friendship, alienation and faith.

Souvenir, the follow up to the critically acclaimed Medicine, is Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors' most expansive album to date, dishing up everything from the West Coast country-rock of "California" to the front-porch folk of "Mama Sunshine, Daddy's Rain." Their songs have received over 50 TV placements, including How I Met Your Mother, Parenthood, Criminal Minds, Nashville, House, and many more. Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors have played over 2,000 concert dates in seven countries, and many festivals including Bonnaroo, Hangout Music Fest, Forecastle, Voodoo Experience and more. Holcomb recorded Souvenir in East Nashville, teaming up with the same producers - Joe Pisapia (k.d. lang, Guster) and Ian Fitchuk (Maren Morris, James Bay, Kacey Musgraves).

I'm 5'9" and the Bodice part came low enough for me which is really rare and was very flattering. I got a medium for bust room so it was just a smidge loose in the waist but not bad enough that I wouldn't have kept it if it didn't have big snags in front.
