Preparation Instructions: Place in a bowl and mix 3 lbs. Powdered Sugar or Fondant, with 4 oz warm water. Then add 1 lb. Icing Base, MIX WELL, DO NOT CREAM. Then Add: 7 oz. warm water, MIX WELL, DO NOT CREAM, ALLOW TO REST (5) FIVE MINUTES BEFORE USING. For best results store at room temperature.
