You’ll build an array of skills over the course of two days, led by renowned polar guides and using the iconic Finse 1222 hotel as your base, before heading out into the wilderness to put it all into practice with a night camping on the snow.
Finse is a remote car-free village, only accessible by the ‘snowtrain’, with the hotel overlooking a vast frozen lake and the white mountains beyond. Finse has a unique place in polar history; Amundsen, Scott and Shackleton all trained here over a century ago in preparation for their expeditions to Antarctica.
