Scha Bales sind tibetische Buns mit einer herzhaften Rindfleischfüllung und gehören mitunter zu den beliebtesten Klassikern der traditionellen tibetischen Küche. Ideal als Apero-Häppchen, Vorspeise oder auch als Hauptgang (ca. 4 Stück). Umhüllt von einem knusprig-zarten Weizenbrötchen erwartet dich im Innern des Scha Bale's der Geschmack von tibetisch gewürztem Rindfleisch (Herkunft: CH), welches seinen saftig-aromatischen Geschmack durch das Garen im eigenen Saft erhält.
 
Zubereitung: Ofen auf Den Ofen auf 200° C vorwärmen. Das Backblech mit Backpapier belegen. Dann die gefrorenen Scha Bale's darauf platzieren und für 15-20 min goldig-braun backen.

Zutaten: Teig aus WEIZENMEHL (enthält GLUTEN), Hefe, Wasser.

Inhalt aus Schweizer Rindshackfleisch, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Weisskohl, Lauch, Salz jodiert, Gewürzmischung.

Kann Spuren von EI, SOJA oder SENF enthalten.
