In Baden-Baden eröffnete im Oktober 2004 das Museum Sammlung Frieder Burda mit Beständen von über 500 Kunstwerken der Klassischen Moderne und der zeitgenössischen Kunst. Die Pläne für das neue Haus entwarf der New Yorker Architekt Richard Meier; es liegt direkt neben der Staatlichen Kunsthalle Baden-Baden und wird durch eine Brücke mit ihr verbunden. Die international ausgerichtete Sammlung Frieder Burda ist in Schwerpunkten angelegt. Sie reicht mit Bildern von Kirchner und Beckmann über eine Gruppe amerikanischer Abstrakter Expressionisten wie Rothko, de Kooning und Pollock bis hin zu retrospektiven Werkkomplexen von Baselitz, Rainer, Richter und Polke. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt der Sammlung bildet ein malerisches Ensemble des expressiven Spätwerks von Picasso. Aus Anlass der Museumseröffnung stellt die Publikation die Sammlung in einer Auswahl von etwa 150 herausragenden Meisterwerken aus den Bereichen Malerei und Skulptur vor.Shipping Notes

Great organizer for "normal length" chains

This little tree has saved all my random jewelry from its fate of being a tangled mess in a zipper bag, or in my nightstand drawer, or the bottom of my purse...you get it.
If you have a lot of long (greater than 26 inches or so) chains, you may wish to opt for something taller. But for my purposes, it's just grand. Even nicer-looking than the picture also.

Excellent Buy, Quality Build, Great Price

Solid metal. Tree attaches to the base with a Phillips screw (four way). Sturdy attachment. Metal was intact upon delivery and me foolishly dropping it on the ground as I opened it out of the box. The tree is... how must I put it? Two dimensional I suppose, which you can see from the pictures the branches extend in only opposite directions. So it is not three dimensional in the aspect that the branches go every which way like an actual tree. This is what I had envisioned and I don't want you to make the same mistake. This product is what it says, my imagination ran away from me with the picture and I bought it very quickly. All in all a wonderful piece for the money.

Effective & Attractive with Wireless Charging

This "valet" organizer, which is the first time I've heard that term for a product like this, is nearly perfect. For me, it checks all of the boxes and in a perfect world, I would have opted for a smaller piece with only three compartments for mobile, wallet, and keys.
It's well made and quite attractive, especially the blue (favorite color, so I'm biased). The only feature I'm not a fan of is how the removeable, wireless charging pad was implemented, which sits up on a small lip at a slight incline. However, I'm not complaining one bit as the wireless charging is great, and it's a differentiator that determines the value of the piece. I would have preferred the pad be built into the piece, however the angle of it does make it easy to grab opposed to using your finger(s) to pry it up.
