Unser OPC Traubenkernextrakt vom Markenhersteller exGrape® wird aus ausgewählten weißen Pinot- und Chardonnay-Trauben aus der Region Champagne gewonnen. Für die Herstellung von 1 kg OPC-Extrakt werden etwa 30–40 kg Traubenkerne verarbeitet.

Die Extraktion erfolgt mittels eines schonenden Wasserverfahrens unter kontrollierten Temperaturen. Auf aggressive organische Lösungsmittel wird verzichtet. Durch diesen Prozess bleibt die natürliche Zusammensetzung der Traubenkern-Inhaltsstoffe erhalten.

Um eine gleichbleibende Qualität sicherzustellen, wird ein Mindestgehalt von 40 % oligomeren Procyanidinen (OPC) garantiert. Je nach Ernte und Rohstoffqualität kann der tatsächliche Gehalt zwischen 40 % und 55 % liegen.
