Der Kaltkleber Pattex Nural 27 ist eine schnelle und widerstandsfähige Lösung zur Reparatur von Metallen. Ideal für den Hausgebrauch und den professionellen Einsatz, gewährleistet dieser Kleber dauerhafte Verbindungen in nur 5 Minuten. Seine fortschrittliche Formel ermöglicht es, Risse und Undichtigkeiten auf verschiedenen Metalloberflächen mühelos zu reparieren.

Technische Angaben

Kaltreparaturkleber, schnell (5 Minuten), sehr widerstandsfähig, speziell entwickelt zum Kleben und Reparieren von Metallen. Die Oberfläche ist grau gefärbt. Enthält keine Lösungsmittel und verändert sein Volumen beim Aushärten nicht. Es stehen 4 Minuten zum Mischen und Auftragen des Produkts zur Verfügung und 15 Minuten zur Bearbeitung. Nach 1 Stunde erreicht er seine maximale Härte mit einer Festigkeit von 100 kg/cm². Er ist widerstandsfähig gegen Scherzug, extreme Temperaturen sowie Flüssigkeiten wie Wasser, Öl und übliche Lösungsmittel. Ebenso beständig gegen verdünnte Säuren und Laugen. Nach dem Aushärten kann er geschliffen, poliert, behandelt, bearbeitet und gestrichen werden. Ein besonders widerstandsfähiger Kleber, der Metalle in nur 5 Minuten klebt und repariert.

Anwendungshinweise
  • Die zu verbindenden Flächen müssen trocken und frei von Staub und Fett sein. Zur Reinigung können Alkohol oder Aceton verwendet werden.
  • Die Flächen sollten, wenn möglich, angeschliffen werden. Die Haftung auf rauen Flächen ist besser als auf glatten.
  • Auf einer ebenen Fläche gleiche Volumenanteile (gleiche Länge) von A und B abmessen.
  • Die beiden Komponenten mit einem Spachtel mischen, bis eine gleichmäßige Farbe entsteht.
  • Eine dünne Schicht auf eine der Flächen auftragen und beide Teile verbinden.
  • Die Behälter nach Gebrauch gut verschließen und an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort aufbewahren. Ideal zum Verschließen von Rissen und Undichtigkeiten in Rohren, Behältern und Metallteilen.
