Das Kiritsuke ist ein Allzweckmesser mit einem diagonal abgeschnittenen Ende. Kiritsuke-Messer gehören zu den wenigen vielseitigen traditionellen japanischen Klingen und können als Schneidemesser oder Gemüsemesser verwendet werden.
