Ornellaia’s Poggio Alle Gazze ist ein einzigartiger weißer Verschnitt aus Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Vermentino und einem kleinen Anteil von Petit Manseng im Stil der „Super-Toskaner“. Aromen von Stachelbeere, Ananas und saftigem Pfirsich führen zu einem langen, exotischen Abgang mit Spuren von Guave und weißer Blume. Der Poggio Alle Gazze ist ein lebendiger, frischer Wein mit mehr Komplexität, als dass ein anfänglicher Hauch es erahnen lassen würde. Es handelt sich um einen fantastischen sommerlichen Aperitif, der zu einer kalten Melonensuppe, einem Garnelencocktail oder zu einem Sommersalat mit Pfirsich, Rucola und Mandelstiften gereicht werden sollte. Handverlesene, und handsortierte Traubenbündel werden in einer Kombination von neuen Eichen-, alten Eichen-, Beton- und Stahlfässern gegoren, was diesem Wein ein unglaubliches Spektrum von Aromen und Texturen von dem Gärungsprozess verleiht. Außerdem geht dieser Wein nicht durch eine malolaktische Gärung, um seinen frischen und lebendigen Charakter zu behalten. Allerdings verweilt der Wein für 6 Monate mit regelmäßiger Bewegung oder „Batonnage“ auf feinen Hefebetten, um eine zusätzliche Texturschicht hinzuzufügen. Danach bleibt der Wein für 12 Monate in der Flasche, bevor er zum Verkauf freigegeben wird.Shipping Notes

Nice BIG enameled cast iron dutch oven. like LeCreuset but costs less

This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.

Much Nicer Set Than I'd Expected.

Heavyweight blades, nice handles, good balance and SHARP! I cut myself the first time I used a knife from this set - so be careful - but hey, better sharp than not.
Does not take up a lot of counter space and the wood block is quite beautiful.
Just the right number and types of knives - no BS scissors or stupid sharpeners bulking it out.
