Arbeitsweise

  • Das zu zersägende Modell wird auf den Sägetisch gelegt und beidhändig fixiert. Der integrierte Strichlaser ermöglicht eine exakte Schnittpositionierung.
  • Beim Absenken des Sägetisches taucht das Sägeblatt von unten in das Modell ein und setzt einen sauberen Schnitt parallel zu den Pins.
  • Optisch perfekt kann nun die genaue Schnitttiefe bestimmt werden, denn bei divergierender Zahnstellung wird bis zur Präparationsgrenze gesägt und an der erzeugten Sollbruchstelle per Hand gebrochen.
  • Da die Sägeschnitte parallel zueinander verlaufen, können alle Modellsegmente problemlos aus dem Modell entnommen werden.
