Die 12. Edition unserer langjährigen Serie mit exklusiven Bourbonfassreifungen ist dieses Mal ein 8-jähriger Single Grain aus einem re-toasted Ex-Bourbonfass. Wie der sprichwörtliche Fels in der Brandung zeigt auch die zwölfte Ausgabe eindrucksvoll, dass es nicht immer traditionelle Wein- und Süßweinfässer oder ausgefallene Vorbelegungen sein müssen, um einen exzellenten Whiskey zu schaffen.


Hierbei sprüht das neuaufbereitete Fass vor frischer Noten und gab Black Rock Batch 12 einen ganz eigenen Charakter. In Fassstärke mit 57,9 % Vol. abgefüllt, spielen spritzige Fassaromen und eine pfeffrige Alkoholstärke gekonnt mit dem Grain Whiskey.
