100% Chardonnay.
Der Jahrgangs-Champagner des Hauses kommt ausschließlich aus den Grand-Cru- Gemeinden Le Mesnil-sur-Oger und Cramant.
Am Gaumen sehr mineralisch, trocken, mit Aromen von Brioche und gerösteten Haselnüssen und großer Länge am Gaumen. Grand Cru Chardonnay Champagner in Reinkultur.
Die Rebstöcke besitzen ein Mindestalter von 40 Jahren, sämtliche Qualitäten werden in Stahltanks ausgebaut und reifen, je nach Qualität, 3-6 Jahre auf der Hefe. Alle Champagner weisen die für die Côte des Blancs typische Mineralität und Salzigkeit auf. Sie benötigen einige Zeit Luft zum Atmen und sollten aus großen Gläsern getrunken werden. Does not change the pillows effectiveness at all.

As of right now, I have not noticed anything with these covers that would significantly alter the way the pillows feel. I'm greatful that they are not noisy as most other covers are. I also appreciate that they have very much the same feel as the covers that come on the pillows. One thing I can say so far with confidence is that even though this is an additional layer to my pillows, the original feeling, specially with the Eden cool+, has been the same in terms of coolness and breathability.
