Feuerstätten müssen angemeldet werden und sind vor Inbetriebnahme abnahmepflichtig. Zum Betrieb wird eine entsprechende Abnahmebescheinigung vom Schornsteinfeger ausgestellt. Hiernach unterliegen Feuerstätten einer Überwachungspflicht. Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend vor Bestellung und Einbau alle Details zur Erstellung und Betrieb der Anlage, insbesondere bei regionalen Anforderungen, mit Ihrem Schornsteinfeger abzuklären. Dies Betrifft ebenfalls den Brandschutz, Zuluft- und Abgasführung. Seit dem 01.01.2015 müssen in Deutschland betriebene Feuerstätten, also auch holzbefeuerte Saunaöfen, den Anforderungen der "BImSchV Stufe 2" entsprechen. Vorbeschriebenes Gerät entspricht nicht der BimSchV Stufe 2 und darf nur mit Erlaubnis vom Schornsteinfeger in Betrieb genommen werden.
