ABLAUF
Du erhältst nach der Bezahlung wenige Minuten später eine E-Mail mit dem Link zum Formular. Falls du keine Mail erhalten hast, so kannst du es auch hier herunterladen und ausfüllen:
Dieses Formular muss ausgefüllt mit in die Sendung eingelegt werden. Die Versandadresse ist dann in der Mail sowie auf dem Formular angegeben. Falls du keinen Drucker hast, kannst du auch gerne die Fragen auf ein leeres Blatt Papier 1zu1 überschreiben. Sobald dein Controller bei uns eingetroffen ist, wirst du von uns benachrichtigt.
Nach Abschluss der Reparatur wird dir der Controller erneut zurückgeschickt und du wirst von uns per Mail benachrichtigt (mit Sendungsnummer).

Bitte wähle diesen aus, wenn dein Controller noch optisch als auch funktional den Standard PS5 Controller behalten hat.
Custom - PS5 Dualsense Controller
Bitte wählen diesen aus, wenn dein Controller von anderen Markencontroller wie z.B. Scuf, King, Rocket etc. sind.
ACHTUNG!!! - KEINE REPARATUREN VON AIM CONTROLLER!
Dein Controller gilt auch als Custom, sobald es optisch als auch funktional z.B. Paddles, Triggerstops, LED's oder Sonstige Umbau beinhaltet.
BEARBEITUNGSZEITEN
Die Reparatur wird innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Ankunft des Controllers durchgeführt und das Gerät wird anschließend versendet (Sonn- und Feiertage ausgeschlossen).

Die Kosten der Controller Einsendung trägt alleine der Kunde (Hinversand). Die Kosten für den Rückversand wird hier bei der Bestellung an der Kasse abgerechnet.

Ja, du kannst die Controller gerne vorbeibringen oder/und abholen. Mache hierzu einen Termin mit uns aus. Die Versandkosten werden dir dann nach Abschluss der Dienstleistung zurückerstattet.

Hotel-like comfort at home
I bought these pillows from Beautyrest and they really exceeded my expectations. They are very soft but at the same time have good support, which helps you rest better throughout the night. They feel like luxury hotel pillows, especially because of their down-like filling.
The jumbo size is perfect and they come well filled, they are not easily crushed. In addition, the cotton cover feels fresh and of good quality.
They arrived quickly and well packed. After using them for several days, they maintain their shape and comfort. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to improve your rest without spending too much.

I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate. Overall, they feel comfortable and are of good quality for sleeping in any position.
