Nase
Der Sancerre Les Denisottes wirkt im Duft zitrisch und kühl und gleichzeitig offen und charmant. Die Nase erinnert an Zesten und den Saft von Limetten und Zitronen, Kreide und Kalkschotter, grüne Kräuter und ein wenig weiße Blüte. Es kommt einem hier – nicht von ungefähr – ein Vergleich mit Chablis 1er Cru in den Sinn.
Gaumen
Am Gaumen setzt sich dieses Gefühl nahtlos fort. Der Sancerre aus 2023 baut Druck auf, wirkt energetisch und mundwässernd mit viel Salzzitrone, Zesten und einer elektrisierenden Mineralität. Gleichzeitig bietet der Wein eine gehörige Finesse in der feinen Cremigkeit und Seidigkeit der Textur. Von den drei Lagen-Sancerres ist das der Wein, der das höchste Maß ab Purismus und pulsierender Energie bietet.
Informationen zum Wein
Die Lage Les Denisottes findet sich unweit des Weinguts in Sury-en-Vaux. Sie umfasst drei Parzellen von insgesamt 1,1 Hektar Flachlage, südöstlich ausgerichtet auf 260 Metern Höhe. Die Reben sind 40 bis 53 Jahre alt und wurzeln in Kimmerdige-Kalk. Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und sortiert und danach sehr langsam pneumatisch gepresst. Die Klärung erfolgte kühl und durch Schwerkraft. Der Saft wurde spontan vergoren und reifte 14 Monate lang in Holzfässern aus Mehrfachbelegung auf der Hefe. Die Hefe wurde nur sporadisch aufgerührt. Stéphane Riffault vermeidet eine malolaktische Gärung.Shipping Notes

Nice pillows

Have had these a few months and so far really like them!
They don’t really feel very cooling, but I also run VERY HOT so it could just be me. The foam holds up well and hasn’t flattened like others I’ve tried.
They come very compacted- I was shocked how much they expanded!

Ok I normally don't leave reviews but I had to on this pillow. I was looking forever for a pillow and was nervous about buying one because you know how that usually goes when it comes to buying pillows. They arrived compressed but when you unwrap them they blow up to be a heavy duty pillow. Firm but not too firm. I don't like super soft pillows that you can roll up in a ball with one hand, I like a pillow that gives support and these do just that. They are cooling as well they are pretty for a pillow with the unique design. If you are in the market for a pillow and reading this THEN BUY THIS PILLOW & come back to tell me thank you. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. No I didn't get paid to say any of this. I wanted to give a honest review where it deserves one! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the fast over night shipping as well. Not to mention the pricing is on point. I can say right now you will not find 2 pillows of this quality & price.
